About

A graphic designer/developer/animator by profession, I’ve had the opportunity to work creatively with a variety of digital and print media as well as amazing people. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy much of my free time in the outdoors communing and observing.

As a lifelong Connecticut native, I’ve enjoyed the abundance of nature in and around the Connecticut River and shoreline. I am continuously inspired by the complex beauty and ever-changing natural world big and small. I love to experiment with materials and forms to capture moments in time of habitats and life within my local surroundings.

My current work is focused on enhancing found wood to give it new life, perspective, longevity and use by sanding, reworking, painting, and preserving. I use environmentally friendly products wherever possible that include a variety of water-based UV polyacrylic, epoxy resin, mica powders and acrylic paints. My paintings are created from real life photographs I’ve taken from my many walks, kayaking or biking excursions in and around Clinton Harbor.
